Let say if we want to remove the Batu Caves, meaning to make an innovation there. Is there any ways that we can work this out?

Sure! we can. We find out the place which is similar to their place, then we tell them there is a cave that looks alike.*we laughed Yeah, what ever it takes. There's always a way. We convinced them. Use the force power to make any innovations. Whether to built the same one or what ever things that might make them agree to disagree. But if they still refuse to cooperate, yeah we appeal this to their faith. We use what they believe in, in order to drag them to approved. This is the strongest way because people will submit to what they believe in.

Here it goes..the thought that came, we're Muslims. Does it allowed to appeal towards the faith of the disbeliever for what they all this while believe in(their religion)? Whilst we're actually know what they believe is a falsehood. Ironically, we making them more convinced with the falsehood and as a result, they give up for what we are delivering. Then, we proceed to the development..as if there's no boundary limit. As long as it worth a tender!
How's Islam reflect on this?
Is this rigth? Accepted?..Solely because of the development we conveying or planting the fraud(mungkar) to the heart of the society. Meanwhile it is obviously contradicting to what we as Muslims believe(our faith, Islam)...
For the sake of whom that so-called innovation would be???
